Our worship services start at 10:30, however....

... around 9:15 down the road you'll find our adult chorale rehearsing at the music director's house.

At 9:30 the children's chorus practices
in the RE (religious education) wing of SNUUC.

The youth service, run by one or a group
of youth every other week, starts at
10:00 and usually runs about a half an hour.

Also at 10:00 is the children's service
led by our RE director Susan Nykolak.

At 10:30 the adult service begins.
As you can see, everyone is welcome!

Sunday school continues at 10:30 with seperate classes for different age groups.

Here is the pre-K class.
They are starting to learn
about the old testament.

Kindergarten and first grade explore
what they think God is.

Here are second and third graders
making mystical creatures in clay.

In today's class, fourth and fifth graders are discussing all of the
ways families can be made up.

As Unitarians, we try to take in nature whenever, wherever
the opportunity presents itself. Here, Jr and Sr Youth
worship at Levy Park in Merrick.

At the end of the adult service and RE is coffee hour where the adults can socialize and discuss the service, etc.

From this point on, there could be any number of committee meetings, art exhibits, special events, rehearsals. Needless, to say, it's a busy place to be on Sunday.
